Payment help
Money was deducted but my access didn't unlock. What do I do?
Wait a minute and refresh the page while signed in. Access unlocks as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment. If it still hasn't unlocked, contact us with your payment ID (it starts with "pay_" and is in your UPI app or payment email) and we'll fix it the same day. If a payment fails, your bank returns the money automatically, usually within 5–7 working days. Contact us
Is it safe to pay here?
Yes. Payments are processed by Razorpay, a licensed Indian payment gateway. ILM never sees or stores your card, UPI PIN or bank details.
Will I get a receipt?
Yes. Razorpay emails a payment confirmation to the email you enter, and the payment shows in your UPI app or bank statement as ILM Education.
Can I pay for my child or a friend?
Full Access is linked to the account that is signed in when paying. Sign in with their account first, then pay.
Can I get a refund?
You can request a refund within 7 days of payment. Every request is reviewed by ILM Education, and ILM Education's decision is final. See the Refund Policy for details. Refund Policy
Do you accept cash or direct bank transfer?
No. We take payments online only, through Razorpay, so every payment is tracked and you always get a receipt.
